You have 15 business days from receipt of your parcel or its collection at a relay point to make your return. Items must be returned in their original packaging with original tags, in a condition allowing immediate resale. To make your return request, please follow these steps:

1/ Declare your request

Send an email to service-client@sergepariente.com

2/ Download your return form

Download the return label from the Shipping & Returns section

RETURNS are FREE from Metropolitan France, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and Italy

RETURNS are at the customer's expense in all other countries.

3/ Prepare your parcel

Include the "Your return request" email, printed beforehand, with the parcel. If you cannot print it, please be sure to include your delivery slip with the parcel. Drop off your parcel at the Post Office, and send it to the following address:

We invite you to keep the proof of drop-off for your parcel until your order has been refunded.

Please bring your delivery slip and the item to be returned.

It is possible to exchange the size of an item purchased in our online store.

For customers outside the European Union, it's important to mention that the parcel is an "internet return".

Otherwise, the carrier may ask our platform to pay taxes, which would result in refusal to accept the parcel. It would then be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Serge Pariente will not be responsible for the loss or additional costs in this case.
