You have 15 working days from receipt of your package or collection from a relay point to make your return. The products must be returned in their packaging with the original labels in a condition allowing their immediate marketing. To complete your return request, please follow the following steps:
1/ Declare your request

2/ Download your return form
Download Lreturn label in the section Delivery & Return
THE RETURN is FREE from Metropolitan France, L'Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and L'Italy
THE RETURN is the responsibility of the customer in all other countries.
3/ Prepare your package
Attach to package Lemail “Your return request” previously printed. If you can't LTo print, please attach your delivery note to the package. Drop off your package at La Poste, and send it to Lfollowing address:

Please bring your delivery slip and Litem to be returned.
It is possible to exchange the size of an item purchased on our online store.
For the client outside of L’European Union, it is important to mention that the package is an" internet return ".
Otherwise the carrier would be likely to ask our platform to pay taxes, which would imply a refusal to receive package. The latter would be returned to the customer at his expense.
