Delivery
Pick-up point delivery is complimentary in mainland France (excluding Corsica) and the European Union on orders of €200 or more (value of items after discounts). Home delivery is available as an option. All our shipments are tracked.

For deliveries outside the European Union, prices are shown excluding VAT; customs duties and taxes of the destination country are payable by the customer.
Exchanges and returns
Exchanges are complimentary from mainland France and the European Union (one exchange per order, subject to availability). For a return resulting in a refund, return shipping costs are borne by the customer; if a prepaid return label was sent to you, a flat fee of €10 (mainland France) or €15 (European Union) is deducted from the refund. In all cases, you have fifteen (15) days from receipt of your order.
To arrange your return, contact our customer service at service-client@sergepariente.com, stating whether you would like an exchange or a refund: for an exchange, we will send you a prepaid return label; for a refund, we will explain the procedure.

From Switzerland, the United Kingdom and other countries outside the European Union, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, for an exchange as well as for a refund. Please mark the parcel as an “online return” to avoid any tax on receipt; otherwise the parcel may be refused and sent back at your expense.
Items must be returned new, unworn, with their tags and in their original packaging. All conditions are set out in our return and refund policy.
