Exchange, return and refund policy

Complimentary exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns are complimentary from mainland France and the European Union. You can also bring your item back to our showroom, 9 rue Béranger, 75003 Paris.

From Switzerland, the United Kingdom and other countries outside the European Union, return costs are payable by the customer.

Time limit

You have fifteen (15) days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or a return, without giving any reason and without penalty. This period includes your statutory fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal.

To arrange your return, contact our customer service at service-client@sergepariente.com, stating whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Conditions

Returned items must be new, unworn, unused, unwashed, with their original tags and in their original packaging. Incomplete, damaged, soiled, worn or deteriorated items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refund

Once the items have been received and checked, we refund the price of the returned items together with the original delivery costs, up to the standard delivery rate. Any additional cost of choosing express delivery is not refunded.

The refund is made to the payment method used for the order, no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive your return.

Exchange

For an exchange of size or colour, the new piece is sent to you free of charge as soon as we receive the returned item, subject to availability. If the requested piece is no longer available, we issue a refund.

Order cancellation

An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been prepared for shipping. Once prepared or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still return it under the conditions above.

Legal guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), independently of any commercial guarantee.
