For any order placed, via Chronopost, before 12 noon the delivery will be made within 24/48 hours.
An order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will only be validated and treated from the next working day.

6D section - Delivery times
The items are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering at the latest on the date indicated when ordering and this depending on the country of delivery.
Serge Pariente makes every effort to deliver the order within 3 working days from the order and undertakes that the delivery is made within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
In the event of delay in delivery of more than 7 working days compared to the above-mentioned maximum period, the Customer may contact Serge Pariente by e-mail to order him to execute the delivery within a reasonable additional time. In the event of non-compliance with this new period, the Customer may ask Serge Pariente by e-mail the cancellation of his order.
