If you have finalized your order and you do not L'Haven't received, check your status from your customer account.
If it is indicated "ready to be shipped", it is because our teams have already carefully prepared your package. We wait for the driver to get it back during the day.
If the status of your order is "under delivery", it is because it has been given to our delivery partner.
