DELIVERY is offered in France and Europe only (without minimum purchase 😉)
Regarding deliveries to countries outside the European Union,
prices will be exclusive of tax, and customers will be subject to customs duties and taxes in their country. Delivery costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
THE RETURN is the responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) working days to return, at his expense, the order he has placed, if for any reason or for another, this one does not give him satisfaction.
This period runs from the day of receipt of the product(s).
Only Products returned in their original condition (unworn, just tried on) will be accepted by Serge Pariente.
The Product(s) must be returned in its (their) packaging and its (their) original packaging to the following address:
9 Rue Beranger
The buyer must attach to his return a photocopy of the invoice for the Product(s) as well as the exchange or return form available below.
If all the above conditions are met, Maison Serge Pariente will reimburse the Buyer within ten (10) days from the date of receipt by Maison Serge Pariente of the package.
(The date of shipment by the Purchaser being worth notification to Maison Serge Pariente of the exercise by the Purchaser of his right of withdrawal), the sums paid by the latter, with the exception however of the costs of returning the Products, which remain the responsibility of the Buyer.

For the customer outside the European Union, it is important to mention that the package is an "internet return".
Otherwise, the carrier would be likely to ask our platform to pay taxes, which would imply a refusal to receive the package. The latter would be returned to the customer at his expense.
Serge Pariente will not be responsible for loss or additional costs in this case.
